HOW TO USE CASSAVA LEAVES
- Wash and pound the leaves in a mortar until fine.
- Boil the leaves in salted water for about one hour, adding more water if necessary.
- Pound and sift the groundnuts.
- Add the groundnut flour to the cassava leaves and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve.
